Hello!
Welcome to my blog! My name is Sarah Manoah and I am 23 years old. I was born on the 15th of december 1999 in The Netherlands, where I have lived my whole life.
In September 2023 I started studying Physiotherapy at Saxion. I love helping people and this is a way to combine both my love for sports and helping people achieve their goals while making them better.
I am a triathlete… at least Im trying the best I can. I love swimming, cycling and running, and all that as fast as I can. In 2024 I will be a part of a team in the 1st division. New beginnings, very exciting.
